Universities, professional bodies, and technology organisations are expanding mentorship programmes, innovation centres, leadership initiatives, and career development opportunities aimed at supporting female students and young professionals. These efforts are helping to bridge gender gaps, build confidence, and create clearer pathways to leadership positions.

 

Despite the progress achieved, challenges remain.
