He currently serves as Group Editor and Head of Operations within the African Leadership Organisation (ALO) ecosystem, where he provides strategic leadership for editorial operations, institutional communications, and organisational performance across the organisation’s media and leadership platforms. In this role, he seamlessly integrates editorial direction with operational management to advance ALO’s mission of amplifying Africa’s voice in global conversations on leadership, governance, security, and sustainable development. As Group Editor of ALO—publishers of African Leadership Magazine, African Defence & Security Magazine, and Africa Projects Magazine—King Richard leads a pan-African editorial team committed to producing high-impact thought leadership content that shapes public policy, strengthens corporate reputations, and drives leadership discourse across Africa and beyond. With deep expertise in strategic communications, corporate governance, executive media positioning, public relations advisory, and thought leadership development, he advises heads of state, CEOs, diplomats, and institutional leaders on reputation management, executive visibility, and stakeholder engagement. His work enables institutions to build trust, reinforce governance narratives, and elevate their global profile through credible storytelling and strategic public engagement.
