Mr Greg Hodge, Executive Vice President of AvDyne Aviation, has been named to the Top 40 African Diaspora Leaders List at the 2026 International Forum on African-Caribbean Leadership (IFAL), held on 24 September at the Marriott Marquis, Broadway, New York, during United Nations General Assembly week. The recognition was conferred during the forum’s Recognitions & Awards presentation, hosted by African Leadership Magazine.

The listing recognises Mr Hodge’s leadership in aviation workforce development and his advocacy for minority representation in the aviation industry.
Mr Hodge is Vice President and an Executive Board Member of AvDyne AeroServices, one of the largest minority-owned FAA-certified repair stations in the United States, based at Thurgood Marshall Baltimore-Washington International Airport. With more than 20 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance, business operations and public affairs, he has championed mentorship, community outreach and career pathways for aspiring aviation professionals, and serves as a Board Member of the Virginia Aviation Business Association.
IFAL is a flagship event of the African Leadership Magazine, convened annually on the margins of the United Nations General Assembly. The forum brings together heads of state, policymakers, investors and private-sector leaders from Africa and the Caribbean to strengthen trans-regional cooperation, trade and investment.
