Some groups of Nigerians in the Diaspora have set out to enlighten anticipating migrants on the dangers of migration to Europe through a campaign tagged ‘Look before you leave’.
The campaign is targeted towards curbing the alarming situations where young Africans employing illegal routes for migration.
This initiative was designed by the African-German Information Centre, Hamburg, and The African Courier Verlag, Berlin, with the support of Germany’s Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs is expected to run up until the end the year.
