Mr. Fodie J. Konneh, Chief Executive Officer of the National Public Procurement Authority (NPPA), Sierra Leone, has been conferred with the prestigious Special African Public Service Excellence Award by African Leadership Magazine. The award was presented during the Global Power Forum (GPF) 2025, held at the City University of New York on the sidelines of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
