Angola, China to End Double Taxation in Commercial Transactions

Angola and China are expected to sign a set of agreements, in order to put an end to double taxation in commercial transactions, Angop learned in Luanda.

The talks with the Chinese authorities are part of the official program of the State visit that the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, will make to China on the 9th and 10th of this month at the invitation of his counterpart , Xi Jinping.

According to the President’s Cabinet, during the visit, the Angolan head of State has on the agenda meetings with Chinese leaders at the highest level, namely with the Prime Minister, Li Zhanshu, on Tuesday and with the President Xi Jimping, on the same day.

Angola is currently one of China’s main trading partners in Africa since 2007.
