Ethiopia: CELD Hosts Government Stakeholders in Good Governance Conference

The Centre for Economic and Leadership Development (CELD), has begun a two-day conference tagged “The International Conference on Democracy and Good Governance in Africa” at the AU Headquarters Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, with the aim of addressing challenges plaguing the continent’s governance processes.

With the First Lady of the Democratic Republic of Ethiopia Her Excellency Roman Tesfaye, as keynote speaker, the organizers are confident that solutions to most of the political issues faced across the continent will be tackled.

The conference which is to end Thursday has in attendance His Excellency Moussa Faki, African Union Chairperson, Prof. Ben Ayade, Executive Governor, Cross Rivers State, Nigeria, Honorable Fatoumatta Njai, Member Gambian National Assembly, Representing Banjul Federal Constituency, Mphasa Mokhochane, Deputy Director Elections, Independent Electoral Commission, Lesotho, amongst others.
