The Hong Kong LED lighting manufacturing company, iFlux, has recently promised to assist Nigerian government in the area of alternative source of power in the country.

Managing Director of the company, Mr Teddy Lee, announced this at the launching of its second store in VIctoria Island, Lagos where some of the company’s products were showcased.

Lee said that in January, the company collaborated with Techno Nigeria to provide solar energy lights to the whole of Computer Village, while stating that government alone cannot provide all that the nation needs, especially in power, which is a very vital sector of the economy.

He added that Nigeria is a fertile hub for business and foreign investment, and that for the five months the company has done business in the country, there were no regrets.

“We also hope to train potential digital entrepreneurs in our technologies as time goes on,” Lee said.

He said that the company would open more branches to serve their customers better.

According to him, the company’s products come with up to five year’s warranty and low power consumption by simply changing to LED lighting equipment.

This comes at a time when Nigeria needs quality LED lighting materials that can stand the current low power supply in the country.
