Joe Gene Mulbah Appointed as Country Head of the African Leadership Council in Liberia

The African Leadership Council (ALC), an organisation dedicated to promoting transformative leadership, sustainable development, and inclusive growth across Africa, has announced the appointment of Mr Joe Gene Mulbah, President and CEO of Musons Group, Inc., as its Country Head for Liberia.

 

Mr Mulbah brings extensive experience in private sector leadership, business development, and strategic partnerships. As the head of Musons Group—one of Liberia’s foremost conglomerates with operations spanning construction, energy, logistics, and real estate—he has demonstrated a clear vision and unwavering commitment to national development.

This appointment reflects the Council’s ongoing strategy to strengthen its national presence, with Country Heads serving as key ambassadors in identifying, celebrating, and empowering exemplary leaders across Africa.

 

Mr Mulbah’s leadership comes at a pivotal moment, as Liberia pursues reforms and opportunities in critical sectors such as infrastructure, youth empowerment, and sustainable investment—priority areas where the ALC is actively involved.

 

A respected figure within Liberia’s business community, Mr Mulbah is also known for championing youth employment, entrepreneurship, and corporate social responsibility.
