Kenyan Shilling Stable Against the Dollar

The Kenyan shilling was stable against the dollar on Monday with inflows from offshore investors buying government debt and tightening liquidity in the local money market helping meet dollar demand from merchandise importers, traders said.

At 0905 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 103.70/90 per dollar, compared with 103.75/95 at Friday’s close.
