As Chairman of the HABA Group of Companies, he has built a diversified business empire spanning agriculture, sugar refining, tea production, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, manufacturing, and real estate. His business ventures have contributed significantly to job creation, industrial development, and economic growth across Uganda and the wider East African region.

He also holds an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Business Administration and Leadership from the Swiss School of Business Management (SSBM), Geneva, in recognition of his distinguished achievements in business and leadership.
