In addition to his leadership at Tatsand, he proudly serves as the Director and Group CEO of Lucient Engineering and Construction, one of Africa’s premier engineering solutions providers. With over two decades of executive leadership in the engineering and mining industries, where he has consistently delivered high-quality projects and exceeded client expectations while spearheading sustainable growth initiatives.
He also serves as the Managing Director of Machinery Contractors Botswana and Zimbabwe, a vital subsidiary of The Lucient Group. In this role, he specialises in the design and manufacturing of heavy earthmoving equipment attachments and services, overseeing multi-plant operations and driving business development to meet the diverse needs of clients across the region.
His educational background further complements his professional experience. He holds a Postgraduate qualification in Strategic Management and Leadership equivalent to a Master’s Degree from the UK (OTHM Level 7) and completed the esteemed Stanford Seed Transformation Program at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. These academic achievements have equipped him with the strategic insight and leadership acumen necessary to drive impactful change across the industries he serves.
