Mr Vuma, a distinguished Mozambican businessman and influential public figure, brings to the summit decades of leadership experience in both the private and public sectors. Known for his transformative work in civil construction, energy, real estate, tourism, and manufacturing, Mr Vuma has been a key advocate for private sector development in Mozambique and across Lusophone Africa.

During his tenure as President of CTA, Mr Vuma led significant reforms aimed at fostering a more transparent, inclusive, and competitive economic environment. His leadership has been instrumental in championing equity in public procurement and shaping policies that empower local businesses.

A four-term Member of the National Parliament of Mozambique, Mr Vuma is widely recognised for his efforts in aligning national economic priorities with private sector growth.
